The s
pecial Owens crank arms help to provide us with 6 different stroke lengths. By using this special arm, we can achieve stroke lengths of 13″, 16″, 20″, 23″, 27″, and 34″.
The saddle bearings are interchangeable and cut down on parts inventory. We have added additional grease fittings to the saddle bearings to help improve proper maintenance.
We have mounted our “T” base to our wide base with 8 clips. This gives us the advantage of hauling 3 additional units on a 48′ flat bed semi-trailer. This extra feature saves space and, most importantly, freight. Some of our producers say that this arrangement makes the units easier to handle in the field. Skid hooks are positioned on the front and rear of the wide base.
